Booking Calendar: How to Connect your Zoom Account

The Bee Hive booking calendar allows you to connect with Zoom if you wish to do so.  Please be aware that The Bee Hive is powered by Groundhogg so the two terms are interchangeable in the instructions below.

How to connect to your Zoom account:

Log into your WordPress install.

Click on the The Bee Hive (Groundhogg)/calendars link:

Navigate to the Integrations tab:

Click on the connect your Zoom account button: 

If you are already logged in to your Zoom – this will happen so quickly you will miss it.

If you are not logged in you will be asked to log into your Zoom account: 

Once accepted you are sent back to your WordPress site and the connection is shown. 

Click Save Changes
